If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to issue a refund.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Personal Care products must contain at least 50% of the original contents.  To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse a return from anyone whom we believe abuses our return policy.

Return Shipping 

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend returns being shipped back to our mailing address below using a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. Manly LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow up to 10-12 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.  Please note shipping fees on these items are non-refundable.

My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify Customer Service immediately via email at The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
